JFK Day! – We recognize this day every year to remind us of the pivotal event of the secret state takeover… 61 years ago today.
Lee Harvey Oswald, the “patsy”, was the pivotal character, the face of the created narrative, the “public myth”… but who was Lee Harvey Oswald? What were his military and intel connections and actions? How was he set up?
Find out at the Freedom Film Festival at the Weare Public Library.
———-
We gather on film nights at 6 PM for set-up and social hour, order pizza at 6:15, and we start showing a few newsreels at 7, then on to the feature film. Lots of interesting discussion afterwards…
PS: if the address we list doesn’t work in your GPS, try 6 N. Stark Highway
The Sawyer Community Room (where we screen films) has a separate lower door in the bump-out on the right side of the library building. It’s down a little sidewalk and you can just walk in and down a few more stairs. We have access to a little kitchenette and can fix tea or coffee down there (unfortunately alcoholic beverages aren’t permitted).
We hope to see you at the Freedom Film Festival soon!
