Learn from mushroom expert and arborist Lee Gilman how to cultivate culinary mushroom varieties in a forest farming approach.

Class will include an instruction session as well as hands-on inoculation of hardwood logs. You will go home with your own log, ready to go!

All materials provided; however IF you have one you are encouraged to bring a cordless drill and 5/16″ brad point bit.
