Hint for the future screenings: we’re building up to a showing of Orwell’s 1984! An example of English Socialism, which he called IngSoc, from one who had reason to know of their plans.

We gather at 6 PM for set up and social hour, order pizza at 6:15, and will start showing a few newsreels at 7, then on to the feature film. Lots of interesting discussion afterwards, and maybe we’ll decide on what to show next week… depending on what’s in the news and what we want to know more about (in the case of documentaries).
